V K Ornaments (trade name of Kalpesh Vitthalbhai Dholakiya, GST 24AJHPD2553K1ZD) is a manufacturer of silver ornaments based in Rajkot, Gujarat, India. Our products are mainly supplied to jewellers, retailers and wholesale buyers.

• Rates depend on the market price of silver, making charges and the design, so they can change without notice until an order is confirmed.

• Payment terms, including any advance for custom orders, are agreed before the order is confirmed.

Delivery

Delivery or pickup arrangements are agreed when the order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control. Please check the goods when you receive them.

Returns, exchanges and complaints

Please inspect your order on receipt and tell us about any defect or mismatch as soon as possible, ideally within the period agreed at the time of the order. Custom-made items are generally not returnable unless they differ from the design you approved. We will review each complaint fairly and work out a suitable solution with you.
